Patrick gave us great service today! Unplugged a toilet quickly and was polite, efficient, knowledgeable...We will call Rotorooter again if we need help! We asked RotoRooter back again, to install a washer which required maybe pipe and drain repair. They did an excellent job, so neat and efficient and hard at the task till all was done! We are very satisfied!!!

Tate was great got the issue solved. Also very personalble. Enjoyed as much as you enjoy a plugged toilet talking with Tate. The manager Josh speaking on the phone wirh him very personalble too. Thank you Definitely would recommend.

Roto Rotor came over on 04/05/24 to unclog my sewer. While the guy was running his snake, he hit something and told me to go check the bathroom to see if the snake came out there. The guy was able to unclog the toilet. He said his supervisor was close by to come out and camera the inside pipe. After the supervisor camera the pipe, he said the pipe is broken. They claimed it was already broken before they worked on it. Some parts of my sewer pipe was replaced in 2019 and the pipe was camera by Roter rooter as well All Klear plumbing. The section of the pie they showed is damaged was never damaged in 2019. No other company has worked on my sewer line since 2019 until 04/05/24 when Roto Roter worked on it. I spoke to the Owner of Roto Roter Ryan. He said it was impossible for his snake to damage my pipe. He said the pipe was already damaged before his guys worked on it. I am left to foot the bill to fix a pipe I am very certain was damaged by Roto Rooter.
