        I hired this company to fix my home. I was promised 30 logs as replacement. It was a lot of money. They showed on day one with less than 15 of replacement wood. When I called, the sales rep, Jeff, became very aggressive and demeaning, telling me he would never promise this or thatyet he had. I asked to speak to an owner. Still waiting.. dont believe this companies promises.so disappointed.

        LogGuys did a nice for us, all the way around... From getting the estimate, scheduling the work and Oscar and his crew getting it done. Was impressed with the commitment to do the job right. Replaced the rot with full logs, uncovered and fixed problems we couldnt see and tended to the details. They didnt leave until everything was done and approved by us. Will be the first call I make if we need more work done.

        Working with 888-log-guys was a great experience. The crew was wonderful. Oscar was communicative the entire process and Jordan was easily reached for clarification and updates. They chinked my entire exterior, and replaced approx a dozen logs on a corner of my cabin. I will definitely use again in the future for any log needs. Thank you again!
