Very professional and easy going team. When things went bad they made certain to do everything in their power to make me feel comfortable about making my claim and made certain not to make the bad situation worse. The entire team was very helpful as well as understanding. I'm sorry I had to take my business elsewhere but I'm buying a home and I was changing from renters to home owners insurance where I had been forced to give my business elsewhere strictly because of cost. They are a good company to use they just couldn't beat my next quote. This doesn't make anything different on how I feel about the allstate family as a whole. I only could wish to of been able to give them more and further business.

Rates continually increase regardless of zero claims. Every year our bundled services (home, boat, 2 cars) goes up a couple hundred dollars causing all payments to go up. Definitely shopping. No loyalty to customers. Will be switching. Wouldnt recommend unless you want to continue to have to ship every year.
