Cornerstone Caregiving was there for my family and I at a time where we desperately needed help. I was utilizing Cornerstone Caregiving services when I was states, miles, and hours away from my loved one whom was in need of care. It broke my heart to be unavailable to my loved one who needed my support. I am eternally grateful for Cornerstone Caregiving and their rapidly responsive support in my family's situation. Within a day of meeting with the director, we obtained services that next day. The staff were accommodating, met the client where they were at, empathetic, genuine, caring, and kind to my family and I. The director of services responded to my need almost immediately. Our caregiver was fantastic and provided the upmost care for my loved one. They built a connection and relationship in their time together. It gave me comfort to know that my loved one was cared for when I was not able to be there. The staff were incredibly responsive, and answered my calls and texts at all hours, including the weekends. They were very communicative and kept me up to date on all areas of my loved ones care. I am so grateful for the incredible staff, director, and the caregivers. Great company! I would recommend their services to anyone who is in need! Thank you Cornerstone!

Cornerstone was supposed to be the best 24/7 caregiving service- HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!! My mom had a stroke and I met with Cornerstone and hired them from the moment we left the hospital this review is NOT because of service provided by the caregivers- it due to the office staff & management! The list is extensive, but my primary complaints are one caregiver left without notifying anyone & I woke to find she had been abandoned by the caregiver! Cornerstones reply: She knows shes not supposed to leave until the next person arrives!! my reply: Not only left before the other person arrived, but left her scheduled shift without any notice! Cornerstone reply: Ok thank you for letting us know. We had no idea! a month later they asked if I would be ok with bringing in a new caregiver- IT WAS THE ONE THAT ABANDONED MY MOM! THEY DIDNT FIRE HER????? I replied that I had no idea that person was still working for them & reminded them of the abandonment Cornerstone reply: Yes, we refreshed ourselves on this incident, and no longer wanted to pursue the thought of bringing her back into your home.
They also knowingly send caregivers that are sick to you!
XXX messaged and stated she is not feeling well she was going to try to power through but I am looking to see if I can find someone to come help XXX feels like she needs to go to urgent care to be checked on
My reply: If XXX is feeling poorly enough to go to urgent care, it's best she not help mom tonight
Cornerstone: XXX is on her way but we are working on this as fast as we can
My reply: Please ask XXX to not come. I can't risk mom's health
I am no longer an active client with Cornerstone We did end up having several caregivers that took amazing care of my mom (& me) some would call on their days off to check on us & they treated my mom like they would their own special bonds were formed
My mom lost her battle 12/11/2023 & the distraught caregiver with us immediately called Cornerstone to make them aware Cornerstone never called or text me acknowledging my loss we were 24/7 customers for nearly 5 months and not a word I tried to access my account on their portal a few days later and my access had been revoked. When I called, I got a text asking to please text for assistance.
Have you removed my access to the portal? My login & password are no longer valid.
I know you are aware my Mom passed away- your lack of acknowledgement to me & my family has not gone unnoticed. A 24/7 client thats paid over $XX to your company and not a word???
You asked me to write you a review. Once I have time to adjust to life without my Mom, you will get that review
Their reply was to say they sent a card but didnt reach out to be respectful
NOTE: I did get a card a week and a half after losing my Mom THEY MISSPELLED OUR LAST NAME on the addressee ARE YOU KIDDING?!! They dont even know the last name of a supposed valued client!
These are just highlights of issues I had they also charge you before you get to see the invoice, left me to have to cover last minute shifts because of staffing issues & dont have the wellbeing of their clients at heart
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!

Cornerstone has been helping my mom for 18 months and I highly recommend them.
They are committed to the service they provide, and always give excellent communication of what they can do and when. Their invoicing and billing have been top notch.
At the end of the day this service helps to keep your loved ones in their homes longer and my family thanks them for it.

I attempted to use their services for three months and was very disappointed with the caregivers they sent. Most could not, or would not, handle my needs generally due to their own poor health issues. They certainly are severely lacking in qualified caregivers and therefore cannot deliver on what they promise. A few of the caregivers told me they did not have an in person interview, simply hired through the online process. This seems like a very risky way to hire someone to send into the home of an elderly or disabled person.
