        Just had them out to a house we are building. They werent sure about putting granite in to hold the element top. I told them to hold off then in installing it. Untill we got all the correct parts in. Guy running it seemed extremely agitated. Started dropping F bombs to his crew about loading up their stuff. I tried to de-escalate the situation by explaining to him the reasons while waiting. And he looked at me. And told me to stop f-ing talking to him.

        Wonderful customer service. From the moment we went to the facility to look at the granite met with Jeff and Moria to the installation. They came to do template and install at time promised. The gentleman who did the template was great and had some suggestions for better results. He does the template "old school" which made us feel that everything would be measured correctly. The three installers took extra care ensuring that the work was over the top. Countertop in kitchen and bathroom is gorgeous Would recommend Edge Stoneworks. Cost is reasonable.

      If you are going to leave a negative review, you should really be honest in all that transpired. I have some of the BEST installers in the area and fully support them in what transpired today (though I don't feel like it needs to be public info.) Based on the reviews you have left other companies- it appears to be very hard to please you. We have been blessed to have amazing clients over the years with no problems until today so we will continue to provide the best service and practices that we are known for.
