I'm a raving fan of service today! I forgot how comfortable my house could feel after my AC has been broken for several. They came fast and did a fantastic!

I've used Service Today since I bought my home in 2006 and have always found them to be honest & professional. But this year they have surpassed themselves. In this day and age of busineeses trying to take advantage and not caring about their long time customers Service Today stands heads above the others. In March I was in a head on collision with an out of control truck that tore my foot loose from my leg & left me seriously injured. I spent my 65th birthday in the trauma unit of Cox. While I was in a skilled nursing facility my home central AC unit began to have issues so my son called another company. That company put some freon in the unit and quoted my son a HUGE price/(thousands) to repair and/or replace the unit. When I was released to go home I called Service Today because I trust them and they originally installed the unit in 2012. Within a day Jerry Brummett, the owner called me. I explained my problem and he scheduled a time to come check it. Jerry didn't try to sell me an expensive part (thousands) he "repaired" the condenser coil for a minimal amount and went on to tell me that he's going to try to get it replaced under the 10 year warranty! I nearly cried because I have been through so much stress, pain & suffering this year that I felt that I just could not take anymore. Mr Brummett's not just an honest business man, but he truly has compassion for his fellow person. I'm from that generation of people and I thought there weren't any of us left. Jerry proved me wrong and I am so grateful to him. They don't make them like that anymore! Service: A/C system dismantlement

Awesome service! I called near closing time of one day and a repair tech was at my home by the next morning. He quickly found and addressed the issue with our HVAC system and also offered some tips to improve efficiency. Great company!

I called around noon and Jerry answered on the second ring. Michael was at my home and had my dryer fixed before 4pm. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. This is the first time I've used Service Today, but it will not be the last! Service: Washer/dryer repair
