This guy is definitely of low moral character and no integrity, after seeing the way he acted today, I would never recommend his business to anyone. Cussing, stalking online, acting like a spoiled brat. Blocked me on social media so he could harass my fiance without interference. Typical suburbanite uppity attitude.

The owner of this business is a horrible person that speaks to women as if they are beneath him. I can only imagine how he would treat someone if they were not pleased with the service provided. He threatens people. This kind of character cant be turned off. Its just not the kind of behavior that a good person exhibits towards anyone.

We had a really great experience with purely clean. The owner was prompt and responsive, and a technician was able to come out within a few days of us submitting a request for service. Brett was our technician, and he was nice, through, and efficient; even our dog liked him! Our rugs and carpets look brand new again, and I feel like we got a great value for the service. We will definitely be using purely clean again in the future. 10 stars. Highly recommend.

I can finally do yoga on the carpet again without getting up stinking of puppy pee! Friendly, knowledgeable and responsive from initial contact all the way through locking up on the way out.
