Lash Love

Based on all the positive reviews I decided to give Lash Love a try for a hybrid lash extension fill. I asked for my lashes to be a little more full and was super shocked to see MASSIVE fans were placed on my lashes. Unfortunately these fans caused major damage to my lashes. They were super uncomfortable. Every time I closed my eyes, the extensions tugged on my lashes and I lost MANY lashes in the two weeks following my fill. Thankfully I was able to get in to another salon and they meticulously removed the awful extensions and were able to salvage my remaining lashes. Even before I went to get them removed I could tell that I had multiple of my lashes glued to the same extensions/fans. The salon informed me I had some spots where 6 lashes were all glued together.

I have gone here several times and been satisfied with my lashes. I booked my regular person 3 weeks in advance and confirmed my appointment the day before via text. I waited 40 minutes for her for my evening appointment and she never came. Another worker left while I was there and it appeared I was there alone. I called and left a message to let them know they may want to come lock their building and I left. I later heard from my lash girl that she hasn’t worked there in months! I am very annoyed that I was able to book her and confirm for her and she doesn’t even work there. I checked again and she is STILL in their booking system. I called again to speak to the owner and she has never answered or returned my calls. Very disappointed in the service. I would have at least expected a call to say sorry or thank you for letting us know. . .
