        They werent very helpful on Thursday, but they were very nice and got the item I needed for my car, I would go there again, in the past they have been extremely helpful. traffic there sucks but they are in a good location.

        The woman at the counter was extremely rude for no reason. A had a simple exchange and wanted to verify the items were in the new one because it wasn't in the previous package. I was not rude at all. However, she was also rude and visibly showing aggravation when another person called in to make an order. Maybe it was a bad day for her but it was absolutely uncalled for.

        Asked for throttle springs. Guy showed my where they were. Recommended the universal ones, and told me how to cut em to size. In and out less then 10mins

        I work 6 nights a week overnights. So sometimes its hard for me to move around during the day. My battery had been dying on me all week and on my off day, I went ahead and ordered a battery online through another Advanced Auto Parts store ( CarQuest 7606 Florissant Rd in Normandy). When I picked up my order, I asked about the free installation and they told me, they didnt do that. 3 men in there wouldnt even carry the battery to the car for me. After trying to figure it out myself, I eventually returned the battery. Waited 2 days for the return and went straight to the Advanced Auto Store in Overland. The whole process took 3 minutes. Lou walked outside, looked at my car, I purchased the battery that was available and Lou even helped me out for my inconvenience at the other store. I know this review is lengthy, Im just appreciative. I needed a jump just to get to the auto store.0
