Ive been a client of American Family for 28 years. I would not have remained with them for this long if they did not know how to treat their clientele properly. Not only are they informative and timely with all of the necessary information and tasks at hand but this particular office that I deal with goes above and beyond. They have proven time and again to have my best interest in mind. Even when it reduces my premium, they do not hesitate to make me aware of the benefits that are due to me. Insurance albeit, life, auto, home, etc. is a confusing and sometimes overwhelming industry and a necessary evil for individuals such as myself. The representatives of American Family that I have had the pleasure of dealing with have always done their best to see to it that I receive maximum benefit with minimal inconvenience. When I see other insurance offers come to my attention I find it difficult to take the time to read past the title of whatever theyre offering. I know that they would have nearly 3 decades of near perfect treatment to outshine and, personally, I have never even heard of another insurance office from any of my acquaintances that would hold a candle to the experiences I have had. My hat is off to Nathan, Abby, and Kevin and look forward to our continued partnership.
