Dr. Mark Lake is a wonderful dentist. The best in the business. Very gentle and caring. The staff is also the same way.

Definitely would not recommend. Two different appointments to get a crown replaced and still no crown. The first appointment I received two or three phone calls making sure that I was showing up for my appointment. I have never missed an appointment and never been late for an appointment. I get to the office for my appointment then Im told the insurance has not been approved. Thats a 2000.00 insurance payment. I chose not to get any work done until they got it approved. Today was the second time I had an appointment for my crown. I rush around to be on time, wait 20 minutes to get in then Im told to keep my phone out itll be awhile that they are running late. Im waited several times already because theyre running late so I ask how late are you running today The girl told me at least 45 minutes. I ask why no one called to let me know they were so far behind. She didnt know. I decided not to wait over an hour again today. My time is as valuable to me as theirs to them. Its a poorly run office to say the least. Be prepared to wait because theyre rarely on time.
