Great balcony view of the lake. Room was clean but dated. Bathroom... Great water pressure. House Keeping may want to check the corners of the room for accumulated debris and dirt.

Kristen was amazing on her first day! It was a pleasure and entertaining to sit with Kristen during drinks and dinner. Awesome service!!! Food & drinks: Great! Kristen serves up a good one

I stayed here in June of 2023 for an event. I asked for a handicap room with a rollin shower. The tub had been removed and an insert installed that had a 3-4 inch tall base. The stall was less than 24 inches wide. The floor didnt have a drain for water getting on it. I ate at restaurant there and the food was good but the first handicap ramp going in had a 2-3 lip you had to get a run at to get up on. I told the front desk about these problems and they said that they were in the process of getting a remodel. I talked to the manager about not being ADA compliant and he said they get inspected every other month and were in full compliance with all the codes. I reserved a room for 2024 in December for the same event but this year it was in March. The staff said they had remodeled and were still working to get everything finished up. So I decided to stay here as its not convenient to leave and come back. They gave my handicap room away to someone who had not booked one. Had to take a regular room. Was going to leave but decided to stay as it was easier than coming and going for the different tournaments. The ramps going into the restaurant were the same as last year but this time you couldnt even get up on it You had to have Chris the maintenance man or somebody else help you get on the ramp. There are two other ramps in the restaurant as well. When I talked to the front desk I was told that they were aware of this but remodeling the bathroom in the rooms were being addressed first. They were going the ramp issue at the end of the remodeling. With all the issues they have if youre handicapped dont stay here. My room was 427 the first year and 435 this year. I will never stay at this hotel again. I will stay somewhere where they appreciate the customer
