Very convenient! We needed a temporary place during a move for our family of 4, and this fit the bill perfectly! Clean, nicely furnished, and the management was very responsive!

AvenueWest has been phenomenal in every aspect!! As out-of-state homeowners, Stephanie manages our property, coordinators any needed repairs or upkeep, and handles issues that arise. She keeps us updated and is proactive in getting things started. Stress-free and easy...we highly recommend AvenueWest!

We have had a positive experience working with Stephanie at AvenueWest St Louis. Almost immediately Stephanie had located several housing options tailored to our needs and in the location we were looking for. She made thoughtful suggestions and pointed out benefits of each place, like one having a playground for our kids. Upon selecting an apartment, the process moved super quickly. Stephanie had the apartment furnished nicely (including linens, kitchen items, a vacuum, etc.) cable and Internet set up, and we were in within a matter of days. Since then Stephanie has continued to be available and responsive. Once I emailed her late in the day about a broken TV remote and later that evening she let me know a new one was on the way. If youre looking for a company that is easy to work with and like the idea of having one responsive contact who is very familiar with the area, I suggest contacting AvenueWest. Working with them has been a great choice for our family.
