We had an emergency plumbing issue that needed attention and Quality Plumbing did not disappoint. Jacob Brown arrived to help us with a positive attitude, ready to tackle the issue without hesitation. Jacob was very knowledgeable and communicative throughout the entire process and was able to get everything fixed up and operational for us. After an extremely disappointing experience with my home warranty company, Jacob with Quality Plumbing was exceptional. His professionalism, communication, and attentiveness to the several plumbing issues I was having provided me reassurance that he was committed to making my problems disappear. I had an urgent need. I called the office and they were helping listening to my need and talking with me about what to expect. Clayton out in the evening. He is very professional, considerate, and helpful. He didnt try to take advantage of the situation. His was to the point, didnt waste time, and even helped us cleaned up the mess (a mess that existed before he arrived). I am extremely pleased and I would recommend them to every home owner in the KC area.
