Was good for years but not anymore, seems they have gotten rid of all custom service, they ignore your messages and don't call back. You can't talk to anyone if you have a problem, just a computer or a really shotty website. It takes forever for propane to be delivered even after you pay. Soon as my tank gets low I'm switching to the local owned propane supplier.

Horrible customer service the auto fill program is a joke had an order placed when I was at 20% they missed the delivery window as of now I am out of propane and they wont even give me an eta on when they will be out
