Steer clear of this company. We moved into our new home last winter and signed up for WS to manage our irrigation service. I called them twice this spring to schedule having my system turned on and for the annual check. Both times I got a no show. I called them today to discuss and was met with a very unfriendly lady. Find a smaller company with an owner who cares.

Another year, and another great service year as always! I can certainly understand why that they're the biggest Irrigation company in Springfield. Their service and quality go hand in hand and is always outstanding! Rose, the Office Manger there, goes out of her way to ensure customer satisfaction in a personalized way! It also shows in that both the office staff and field technicians follow suit as well! Again, I highly recommend them to meet your needs in an outstanding manner! Thanks Folks, youve earned an outstanding review and then some!

Recently our Irrigation control wire was cut during ongoing home upgrades. I reported the problem and it was promptly fixed the next day! We continue to use Watersmith due to the outstanding service they provide and the office staff is still Wonderful!!

We bought a home in Springfield and it came with an irrigation system for watering our lawn, shrubs and flowers. Since this is our first time with a home that had an irrigation system, we called Watersmith Irrigation as well as others. The office staff were very helpful in setting up an account for us to inspect and maintain our system! Not only this, but they went the extra mile to send a technician out to show us how everything works as a free courtesy call! The technician, Tim Kempker, was on time, very professional and courteous - simply outstanding!! Based upon our experience, we highly recommend Watersmith Irrigation!!

Watersmith Irrigation takes care of the service on my irrigation system. They are prompt, friendly, courteous and they take care of my system in a professional way. The most recognized irrigation service in SW Missouri and I recommend Watersmith for installation and service. Thank you to Ryan and the staff of employees at Watersmith Irrigation.
