My experience with this company has not been positive overall. My builder used them for my irrigation system, so I stayed with them. Part of the irrigation system had to be dug up and fixed early on. I use them for an annual turn on, turn off, and the required back flow test. I most always have to call to get them to come out and do these things. They never call back. The lady that answers the phone is nice and helpful. I'm finding a different company now to do these services.

Do not use this company unless you have to. My builder uses them and after they installed my irrigation system they had it running for 16 hours a day and I ended up with a swamp of a backyard, flooded crawlspace, and a $600 water bill. Ive also had nothing but problems with the water pressure since I moved in almost three years ago so parts of my lawn die every summer because the sprinklers dont cover some areas of the yard. They are quick to blame the builder on this. They also dont communicate with their customers when theyre winterizing your irrigation system. It is still 70-80 degrees and they winterized my system without a heads up the day after I power raked, overseeded and fertilized. As a single, full-time working homeowner I dont have hours a day to hand water my giant yard so my lawn will most likely burn from the fertilizer and and the overseed will have been a waste of money. Ive called twice to tell them to turn my system back on and its been crickets. I will be changing irrigation companies moving forward. Wish I had made the switch sooner.

My builder used this company to install my irrigation and sod and they seemed to do well for the first year or so, other than the top soil they brought in for grading and sloping had some Nutsedge mixed in with it and they couldnt get it eradicated, even though they charged extra to try After that, they had some very great people leave them and things went downhill quick The lady who answered the phone was very nice and tried to be super helpful, but the management people would never call me back or reach out in any way, to address my issues The one bright spot was that they at least refunded me for the four out six visits for this year that were not done or I would have given them one star instead of two Services: Landscape installations, Grading & resloping, Tree landscaping, Sod installation

Professional and they explained me the issue and asked my permission as opening up the valve and checking the diaphragm could cause the more issue because celenoids were too close to close to it. He fixed it without damaging anything else. I would recommend them.
