Smiles Made Perfect

CANNOT recommend this place after the main guy left. I had one appointment with him and then was told he left, had my appointment rescheduled twice for over a month later each time. Spent 3 months in pain waiting to finally get work done and the new dentist that did the work was very rough and did NOT do a good job informing patients on what's going on. This last visit I had they said was just a check up to make sure the work that was done was holding up well but then they started doing other work without telling me and tried charging me 200 bucks for it and when I refused they kept pushing different things on me that they said I needed done when all I was told to begin with that this was just a simple 5 minute check up. The aide that was doing that was also EXTREMELY rude and tried talking to my girlfriend about how bad my breath was and how poorly a job I was doing at maintaining my teeth, like I wasn't right there in the chair next to her. Just very unprofessional and shady for a business to try and sneak work in to charge you and/or your insurance without your consent. I will not be returning and I will be turning people away from coming here.

Wish me and my husband would have had warning that Dr. Sherman was leaving. I wouldn't have bought insurance from this place if we would have known. I wouldn't have had him start making a partial for me if he was just going to up and leave before that was even done. We actually opened the letter that he was leaving after he left, which was a let down. All the work I had before the partial was excellent though. Dr. Sherman was really good, except he did bad at letting his patients know he was leaving. He said he was going to call me when my partial was missing, take in mind he had already quit this place. Instead I got a call from an employee there who just let me know Dr. Sherman wouldn't be calling and I couldn't call him. Not very professional. But he did agree to replace my partial, which I won't be doing because it ripped out one of my crowns. Will not be returning after my insurance I bought with them is up. Definitely not letting them do a big project on me because I don't know anything about the new dentist. They need to take Dr. Sherman off their web page since he doesn't practice there anymore. All of the staff if super nice though.

Dr. Sherman and his are truly amazing. They are all kind and compassion and have the best bedside manor I've ever experienced at a dental office.

I wish I couldve given this place better reviews because the reception and staff were all super nice people. However, I had a filling done here which was honestly a lot more painful during and after than most fillings Ive had. Also, I went back over some pain and concerns in my mouth and I felt like he didnt take me very seriously and just thought I was paranoid. I went to a different dentist the next day and it turns out I had an infection in one of my teeth. I wish they wouldve taken X rays or listened to my concerns a little better. The surgeon who fixed my infection also said that the filling this office did seemed very superficial and not very well done. I dont think I would return here unfortunately.

I usually dont write reviews unless the experience was very bad! I went in on 9/27 to have fillings done and they told me my teeth might be sensitive for next couple days which they were but its been a week now and I cant even squeeze my teeth together and even eat anything I just want to rip my teeth out the pain is sooo bad! Now I have to find another dentist to fix the problem! Spent $300 for work thats not worth it! The ladies there were super nice but the front desk lady seemed to hate to be there. Wont be going here again after the pain experience Im experiencing and dont trust them to fix it!. Update: they did not call me a single time after I left voicemails!!!
