Will not fix anything in their houses. I had an issue with my driveway due to poor construction and them not waiting for the ground to dry or where they put the drainage so I had to pay out of pocket to fix it not long after moving in. Was told by the construction people it was one of these two reasons. Then my lights have been flickering due to an electrical issue. The electrician lied about taking my panel apart to check the wiring so now they are just closing this issue instead of figuring out what is wrong. I did all they recommended and of course all they want to do is tell me well theres nothing we can do they took it apart even though they did not. Would never buy from them again. This is ridiculous poor customer service and poor work. They rushed through the rest of the houses too so just waiting for them to have issues as well. I feel bad for anyone who has bought from them.

Everything is falling apart in my house.
Including the plumbing, kitchen sink is leaking. Ask them to come out and fix it they didnt, hardwood floors are squeaking throughout the whole house, drywall is cracking, all door, jams, and door trims and baseboards are cracking , driveway is cracking asked them to fix it they said they cant do anything about it. All of my doors are rubbing against each other They wont close, my exterior doors have visible seems through the exterior, so many spiders have gotten in.. not professional, not quality..

My Bussell experience has been a mixed bag. The initial building process was great but the closer I got to closing the more issues showed up. Most were fixed, but I do have a couple that were not.
I was supposed to have a retaining wall. The landscaper said they did not have time to build it pryor to the final inspection and that it would be done the following week. It's been six weeks and still not done.
My dryer vent is in the floor and so far away from the wall that my dryer has to sit past my door frame; I have about an inch clearance to shut the door. At first I was told the vent would be moved, then was told the laundry was 'usable' and that nothing would be done.
I mostly love my new home, but I would recommend getting EVERYTHING in writing when told something.
