        My wallet was stolen last night and I had to deactivate the old card, get a new card, and despute the charges. I was helped promptly and everyone was so kind! I appreciated how smoothly the process went and that they listened to me while I was upset. Thank you

        Had to cancel my card and order a new one. Card never arrived. Called every week and then called the customer service number instead of the Nixa bank. Was told that the person at the Nixa bank never placed an order for any new cards. So it's been almost a month now and I'm still having to use my credit card to pay for everything because my debit card NEVER HAS ARRIVED!!! I've had communication issues with this Great Southern for more then two years now. More then half the time my cards don't arrive and I live out of state so I can't just pop into a location to get a new card. If anyone moves out of state I don't suggest staying with Great Southern.
