        My recent experience at this store was extremely disappointing. I sought assistance with transferring phone lines, a task that should have been fairly routine; however, the customer service representative, Ian, was unhelpful and dismissive. Despite having spoken to someone at the store earlier in the day who assured me they could assist with my issue, Ian showed no interest in helping me. Instead, he seemed irritated by my presence and refused to provide any assistance. While I understand that some matters may be outside of the store's jurisdiction, basic courtesy and a willingness to help would have been greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit. I hope the store takes steps to improve its customer service in the future, as I will not be returning after this disappointing experience.

        I went to this store on December 9th. And again on the 23rd. I had a bunch of things that I wanted to accomplish. Nothing urgent, but just things that I felt I needed to get done. The staff was quite helpful with what I asked of them. A new phone similar to my prior phone (but better), a much better power cord than what I had previously, and connecting my new phone via Bluetooth with my car's radio so that I can listen to audio books while I'm driving to and from work.
