        Worst service EVER! Set up an appointment. Waited 30 minutes past scheduled time and called to verify my appointment. I get told sorry another job ran longer than expected. We will call you back when they are on the way or to reschedule. 3 HOURS later still no call back! I am glad they didn't show up. I will happily call someone else who can at least communicate with the customer.

        Came and repaired hot water heater in a timely manner. Even staying out late til was correct.

        After a terrible customer service experience with another provider, Bruce from Advanced Plumbing stepped in and installed our new electric water heater. Bruce took the time to explain and verify no leaks and working well. Hauled away old tank and cleaned up after himself. If you are looking for over the top customer service and execution of service delivery check out Bruce at Advanced.
