There are 4 apt. building, 3 are Monett Meadows. 1 is Essex Place , higher rent. All buildings have problems with plumbing. First floor has the biggest problem due to being a 2 story building. OPEN sewer line by or under waterheater. I have been flooded 4 times in just under 4 years. I know of many times there have been bed bugs problems.

I find it sad that when I lived there in 2021 I was taking advantage of because Im visually impaired they blamed me for the roaches that were there and tried to get help to find my cat because I couldnt see very well I dont know what happened to my cat when I was there Drew the maintenance guy told me the day I moved out that there was a hole in the wall underneath the sink he didnt bother to fix it before I moved in he said with no concern that my cat could have gotten in there and died and he wouldnt even look in there I really believe that something happened to my cat because its a mystery of how she disappeared.

Continuing the terrible management sage. After ghosting my family for days and still not responding to me personally. She reached out to my girlfriend saying that she didnt submit it last week (she had a full week) and she would submit it today. So for a week somehow either the owner didnt respond or the manager just didnt do it. They want to only pay 178 dollars after two months of electric bills being 400 dollars (average electric usage is under 100) Im not a mathematician but that doesnt add up lol. This place is a joke!

I have lived here for three years. The people are great however the local management is not. The Maintenance man is a maniac that has previously given brain damage to a teenager he fought. And has tried fighting me in my own apartment! The landlady would rather accuse you on not paying rent instead of checking the Dropbox. They need to get rid of Chuck and Sherri asap!
