        Bought a property and it was closed at this lawyer's office/ title company in August of 2021. Just found out currently ( jan 2023) I lost the property due to previous debt owed from last owner and was auctioned off! In a situation as this one, you would think that they would do anything in their power to save their integrity but after personally meeting with them they told me to walk through the process of making a warranty claim with title insurance. Gave me a website with a name on it and said see you later. Told me on the phone probably wouldn't be a bad idea hiring an attorney! There is no way to leave negative stars... Run far far away and please do closing at a reputable title company. This place will happily take your money, then was thrown out to the wolves to clean up their mess afterwards!
