Be very careful, I was completely swindled and taken advantage of by these people. The details are simple: single family first time home buyer USDA loan plus crooked city officials, realtor, and contractors/inspectors equals so many people INCLUDING A DISABLED CHILD unknowingly exposed to a SEVERE mold infestation, possibly toxic mold, asbestos particles in the duct work, and natural gas fumes from a horrendous gas leak for almost TWO years. Clearly this has been a thing for a long time otherwise Im not sure how the hell we survived this long other than Devine intervention. Im surviving to tell the tale and get the attention this needs because I requested weatherizing and was denied because this company lets their agents pull crooked deals and had wed been weatherized without an inspection we would have died. We now have to completely uproot our lives because of this in order to maybe save our lives. So I repeat be careful, they clearly dont mind killing your family and you, theyve killed pets and we are having previously unexplained health issues, so now impending medical bills as well.
