Absolutely the guy for all your lawncare/landscaping/whatever you need done. He is so knowledgeable and was clearly passionate about what he does. He went above and beyond when he installed the sod in my backyard. He thoroughly explained how to care for it and gave estimates/timeliness for laying fertilizer in the future to keep it healthy. He loves making yardwork look good and pretty. Very kind, very professional and answered all my questions. He is the lawn and landscaping guy and will be who I reach out to in the future. We had an awesome experience in rural Chariton County, MO from start to finish with Cordio Landscaping out of Moberly, MO. Richie Cordio really took the time to listen to what we wanted and was communicative throughout the whole process. Richie and his staff provided the design and landscaping to new construction, installed a tree and paver walkway. During the time of the Install, Richie and the staff were friendly and worked hard, asking questions and taking time to explain stuff when we had questions. Happy customers!! Thanks so much for completely redoing our backyard. It was such a mess when you first started. The rock edging you put in and the rock filler is perfectly straight and level. Then we had Richie redo around our large oak tree. It had an uneven rock edging and a mess of flowers. He removed it all and now we have a nice addition to the tree.
