Entire office staff is very friendly and professional. Staff patiently answered all inquiries and info provided by different staff was consistent. My husband and I are both patients & the dentist we saw for initial exams was awesome! So patient, so knowledgeable, so thorough! My husband and I were both very pleased with the dentist and her proposed treatment plan. I believe the hygienist on first appt was Kaylee (forgive any mis-spelling). She was awesome! Jennifer may have been the staff who actually went over insurance, billing & treatment. Again, so patient when responding to my many inquiries-no matter how many times I called with more questions! I believe the hygienist I saw on 4/11/24 is Fallon. She is so knowledgeable and she took the time to make sure I understood everything she did and why. It made a huge difference in how I felt about the appointment. Fallon made sure all of my concerns were fully addressed. I appreciate that soooo much! Finally, sweet Casey (forgive spelling).
