I was there yesterday and got a new phone, the gentleman who processed me out forgot to check to see if I could make/ receive phone calls. Turns out I couldn't. Called back today, went in and Rey was super to deal with and very helpful! Fixed my problem and got my husband set up with a new phone in no time! Thank you Rey for being such a good person with great customer service skills!

New to the area. My phone was cutting out not holding bars to make a call. I was so blessed to find there was a store and even more lucky to find a rockstar rep. Tyler was able to not only multitask 3 people timely and effectively, he went above and beyond making sure everyone got what they need to the full extent being honest on what was needed and not needed which is rare. My situation was complicated and lengthy to fix. Tyler handled it professionally with ease and made me feel welcomed to this new town. Awesome 5 plus stars!!!
