Boone Health Primary Care - Mexico

I really like Dr. Doerhoff, but her front desk receptionist is less than desirable. I will not have someone talk down to me, especially when it was their billing error to begin with. Sadly, I will be switching providers.

I called to get an appt me was a new patient. I just moved back here from Phoenix and am almost out of one of my meds that won't transfer. The nurse had me grab my meds as she waited on the phone and I read the list of to her. When finally done, she told me I would have to find an internal doctor since I have that one med that's almost out. That they can't help me. I asked if she knew any drs. She told me I could look on the website. She was very short and very rude. From the very beginning she treated me as if she didn't want me as a patient. In that profession, you are supposed to help and care. If you can't then it's time to get out.
