I heard great things, unfortunately I didn't experience them. They will give no time frame for repair, 2.5 months later my boots were still untouched. This is no way to do business, if you have another option I would strongly suggest you use it.

I had a sports bag repaired. Fine job. My Grandmother had to have her new shoes built up everytime she bought a new pr. They do fine work.

Friendly, makes bags out of old boots, the better half loves the purse I bought her a few years ago. It's holding up really well. He makes leather belts ect... stopped to get a zipper fixed on her boots. I take my boots in for repair when needed.
