Outstanding service & room was clean. Enjoyed the breakfast, lots of items to choose from. Staff was very friendly & welcoming. Highly recommend!

Overall a good hotel stay. Staff was really nice and the breakfast is one of the best of any holiday inn express location I've been to. That said, there was a pretty big Crack in our bathroom right in the center in front of the toilet and of your not wearing shoes or even socks it could be really dangerous and cause some sort of cut. There were also some stains in the bathroom too but I'm not surprised since this place is at least 15 years old if not older. I do recommend this hotel it is the best in all of maryville! Just watch out for some cracks along the way.

Platinum member here, stayed two nights. The headboard for the bed in the bedroom in suite 317 has a quiet electronic beeping sound coming from it. What possible electronics could even be in a beds headboard? A cheep hidden camera is all I could think of, lights off and alarm clock and phone unplugged. I tell the front desk the next morning and was assured they would take care of it. Next night its still there. I was offered a different room, but now Im conflicted, do I let some innocent person that doesnt know possibly take a room with hidden camera. Next morning I talk to the front desk and was told they sent a kid, not even the maintenance man, to the room but he couldnt hear anything. I asked if the manager was informed, she has Tuesdays off and doesnt like being disturbed. At best my concern was not taken seriously, at worst this location has hidden cameras and is covering for them. Stay at your own risk.
