Porter Trash Service LLC

We had good dumpster service from Porters. There was a mix-up with a nation-wide company called Zters that hired Porters to send the dumpster out. I wish we had gone straight to Porters instead of calling them, but fortunately, Porter's office staff got it straightened out.

Porter Trash has been our provider for about 13 years, both in town Stanberry and for the last several years on the farm. Great service. Helpful workers. The few times they've missed a dumpster or pickup they are quick to get back over. No complaints!

Had them for 10+ years, they take all my trash, always very responsive to my needs

They do not empty the trash cans and the one they do, they just throw it and wherever it lands they just leave it. Those cans are expensive! Not worth what they make us pay. If I didnt have to use them, I wouldnt.

This trash service has failed our family multiple times. There was a point where our trash was not picked up for over a month and we had to call MULTIPLE TIMES throughout that month before our property was noticed again. That was one thing but today our dumpster was taken from our driveway without ANY warning at all because our area isnt worth it anymore for trash to be picked up. This would be fine, if we got any sort of warning, a call, text, email, or letter would have sufficed. If you are thinking of using this service my one piece of advice is -Dont- I truly would give 0 stars if i could. Services: Dumpster rental, Trash removal & disposal
