I do not recommend this place, first 6 months was ok, then after signing the second lease it was all down hill from there. We got accused of everything. Manager takes college kids sides. Got blamed for playing loud music when we don't even own a stereo, the college kids upstairs played all the music. Also had the college kids come down to tell you and your kids to be quiet at 1pm in the afternoon on a Saturday. Then after signing the second lease. We get accused of lying on the lease about being evicted. When we wasn't. So we got to move. DO NOT RENT not kid friendly environment

It's a great place to live, close to campus, no bugs in my experience and they are always fast and responsive if anything needs to be repaired. Lived there 3 years and never had issues with the landlord or neighbors. If you treat them well they will treat you well.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Please never rent here. I did for less than two months before being illegally forced out with the broken promise of my deposit return. I was in a domestic violence situation and the Maryville PD and Rhonda both failed me. She knew I was going to be homeless and still decided to force me out within less than 2 weeks (attempted for less than 3 days technically (legally) unofficial notice!) and also decided to keep the deposit she PROMISED me since she didnt want to go through the eviction process. I didnt either, and she took advantage of me. Plus she has been known to raise rent without tenant consent. Dont give this woman any more money. Its apparently all she cares about. Note/ the deposit owed was supposed to paid with rent on the 1st. My 3rd roommate broke their lease because of the DV (after we had all 3 given her a deposit+first months rent) and then for reasons unknown, we owed her a total of $110 extra in deposit after they left.
