        Very friendly staff, pleasant when I can in and left ... couldn't believe they charged me full price to fill my own cup up with water. If you must charge, then maybe a quarter but $1.14 for my own cup is ridiculous! I will frequent other stores if this is the normal practice here.

        It was very pleasant to be welcomed with a cheerful good morning by Dez. I'm from out of town and I frequently stop at Break time from here to home. Dez was friendly and outgoing. The store was very clean as well. Thanks for brightening my day!

      Kevin, this is not common practice at all. If you filled your own cup with ice and water, you should not have been charged full refill price. It should have been the retail for an ice cup which is currently $.50. We are sorry that this occurred and will make sure the store staff is coached on this point.
