Dannen filled out and filed short forum 2021 income taxes for me. I spoke with him for about 9 minutes according to my call log, he called me to get my information he needed in order to file my taxes. And while I was on the phone with him I asked him if I could asked him a question and he told me sure then when I went to pick up my taxes he changed me $180 for the short forum taxes and for good measure he tacked on another $50 for the question I asked stating it was for tax planning. So in short I got scammed for an extra $50 for a question because mind you that he called me to gather my information a 9 minute phone call. I have never met Dannen just spoke to him on the phone and I suppose it must be his common practice to charge his clients an extra fee for asking a tax question when hes already changing a fee of $180 so the simplest forum of taxes so my recommendation is to go to anyone else that doesnt scam their clients $50 extra dollars for a simple question.

A small town service knowledgeable about small town business. Dannen has been great to work with over the years in any fashion. I definitely recommend working with him or any of the MEM offices.
