Tried to do business here, but couldnt. Heres why: I talked to Sales by phone this week about Kawasaki Mules and was told theyre open on Saturday mornings . Three days later on Saturday I drove 75 miles to Maryville towing my trailer, intending to shop for a UTV. But, I find they are NOT open on Saturdays after all. What added to my frustration is that I had double checked their business hours before leaving home and confirmed on both their web site and Facebook page that theyd be open from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon today. Wrong! A sign on the locked door this morning said theyre closed Saturdays and Sundays.
Its certainly Northwest Implements prerogative to stop opening on Saturdays, but it wouldve been nice to get a call back about the new hours considering I had been talking with them earlier in the week, received a quote on a particular unit I was interested in, and was told theyd be open today. If not a call, the least they couldve done is take two minutes to post an update to their FB page about no longer opening on Saturdays. It sure wouldve saved me a lot of time, hassle, and gas today if they had.
I ended up buying a new Mule from another dealer south of KC this afternoon. Its too bad - Northwest Implement had a good deal on the unit I wanted, and I really wanted to give them my business. But, after finding Id wasted a trip due to their lack of communication, I decided to move on and get a deal done with someone else today.
