Bearcat Lanes & Lounge

Im a regular here at bearcat lanes. I love this place, has awesome drinks at a decent price. Thursday night, comic bowling is the best time to go. I have a great time every Thursday that I go! Highly recommend coming here!

I recently visited Bearcat Lanes with high expectations for a fun and enjoyable time. Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. From the moment I approached the staff to request a lane, I encountered disrespect from both the staff and other customers. When I approached the staff to ask for a lane, I expected a simple and courteous interaction. However, the staff member I encountered was dismissive and rude. They seemed disinterested in helping, and their tone was anything but welcoming. To make matters worse, other customers in the vicinity started to yell at us though we stood there silent and the staff just stood there not even taking charge of the situation to handle the customers. It was rude and when we approached staff asking why are they letting this happen, they were reluctant and didn't even care to answer our ask but got back to their work saying "I'm not here ". This created a chaotic and uncomfortable atmosphere. It was not only disruptive but also completely uncalled for, making the entire experience extremely unpleasant. I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with respect, and the lack of professionalism from both the staff and other customers at Bearcat Lanes was disappointing. The management needs to address these issues to create a more enjoyable environment for everyone. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for improvement, as I genuinely believe that with better customer service and a more respectful atmosphere, Bearcat Lanes could be a great place for people to have a good time.
