I was experiencing extreme frustration with another transportation company and contacted JMN, as they had recently delivered another vehicle for us. Maria Henke was absolutely above and beyond in customer service in trying to resolve the issue that someone else created. She even came up with a same-day pick-up, which is not an easy find. Unfortunately, I was stuck in a situation where I had to continue using the terrible company I had already paid. Even after knowing this, she still offered guidance. I cannot say enough about the kindness and professionalism I received. 1000% better than what I paid for with another company.

They suck very irresponsible. Dont show up when supposed to. Lie and say that they show up to your house when they really dont and make u miss urredr app

A company built on deception and lies. Stay away from these greedy disgusting people.
