Don't get cheated by them. It's a pure roofing sales company they fully use Mexican sub-contractors and they pay them 70-80 dollars per square labor fee and the roof materials are 120-150 dollars per square. The total cost is about 200 to 250 and they are selling 400-500 per square. So their gross profit is more than 50% usually 50 to 65%. In low season it's lower and in high season they mark it up to 65%. Their minimum default profit rate is 25% and their sales add it up whatever they can sell and get 10% commission. They are not a roofing installation company. They are a pure roofing sales company, no any roofing installer employees only Mexican subs. They only have very very vey few employees for roofing repair. Majority jobs are finished by Mexican subs and mark it up 65% to sell to you. So that's how Mr Beal makes a good fortune while he tells you it's a well known family own roofing business but actually only Mexican subs are working. All his guys are only doing marketing and sales.
