        Why there is no owner/manager over the weekend. They hired Hyderabadi girls who are mean and dont know how to deal with customers. Cant do any customization on menu, whereas Jenny is so good about it and takes care of customer. Curry is not thick, more watery/liquidy. Everything inside curry is big piece to fill up the plate, please cut vegetables in tiny piece and so do meat. Taste is very good but above suggestion needs to be in place in order to be in business.

        Ive been waiting for Thai Mama to open and they did not disappoint! From the minute we entered, we were greeted warmly and the service was outstanding. The ambiance is adorable. The menu offered a great selection and the food was amazing!

      Not sure how to help with your complaint. The owner, Sasimonthon has been there working all weekend along with other family members. They do monitor the staff and the owner visits with each table that to express her gratitude for visiting. The staff is friendly and service oriented illustrated by 87 5 star reviews before your review. It’s a new location and the family and entire staff are working very hard to ensure high customer satisfaction. We are truly sorry that you did not have a good experience. Again based our previous reviews what you said is not what others experienced. Please call the owner and a full refund will be made.
