    If I could rate you negative stars I absolutely would. What a poor experience it has been. The only way for me to get your equipment back to you is to drive 50 miles one way or ship it back on my dime. You can't afford shipping labels to email people? Network always down "for updates" or because "someone hit a line, not our fault!" I guess not with everyone disconnecting from your service en masse. Cable America your day of reckoning has come and thy name is Gateway Fiber. They wield a mighty broadsword to which your miniscule dagger cannot compete. Goodbye and good riddance , it has been an experience I soon won't forget.

    The absolute worst internet possible if this joke of an ISP didnt have singular rights to my area Id have dropped them long ago we pay for the 1Gb package Ive never gotten above 250mb speed its out almost nightly and there will be entire weeks of outages and you will not receive an answer if you call about an outage there is 0 knowledge of what is happening or why or when service will return complete joke cant wait to be rid of this junk

    This company is completely incompetent. Management, customer service, and technical staff are horrible. They obviously have no senior technical staff capable of solving more complicated issues. I have had their service for 4 years now. The first year was pretty good, but it has gone down hill since. Countless times it has gone down for days at a time in 2023. For 3 weeks now it has been flapping several times per hour going down for about 2-3 minutes and then comes back. This is unacceptable for a premium priced service. When it works it is the fastest service where I live, but they just cant keep it up. I had to order a much slower backup option which is stupid, but my kids cant do school and I need to work. The subdivision is meeting next week to look at options to bring in another provider so hopefully they will be gone soon!

    Worst internet you can get. You have a super weak connection and your WiFi will go out at least once a week and takes forever to get it back up with how slow they are
