Amazing, above & beyond service. Start to finish. I Have even recommended to my family. Astor have changed both my fathers, & my little brothers furnace & AC. He made a special arrangement to help me out of a miserable situation, of which I will shortly say, my Air went out on possibly the hottest day of the year. I was out of town, & my kids were house sitting. What he did, & continues to do(yearly maintenance) has solidified not only a lifetime customer, but I have referred them to well over 10 people that Ive seen asking for recommendations, or have asked me personally having heard my story. Where my home sits, is not an ideal location for even an hour without AC during the summer. There is no shade to subside. He not only brought a cooling unit for a room for my children to sit in while they worked, he also ordered them a pizza & drinks. Unreal. This was Jason, the owner & either one, or 2 other gentleman. I would recommend Astro again, & again. And I am not only beyond satisfied with the job they did, but from my previous homes experience of having to change my unit there as well, I am well aware of the units, & their ratings. I only regret not having hired these guys to do that replacement. Also, Prior to choosing Astro, I not only was calling other options doing some price shopping, but my mother in law was as well. They came in about 20% less than anyone close, & I have the best unit on the market. Thank you again guys for your help, professionalism, & again, going way above & beyond our expectations.
