        I would like to add 2 drawbacks 1. No playground for kids 2. Maintenance guy dont like to go with a minimum effort to resolve any issues. Additionally, hes behaved like almost in rude level. (From our experience) Other than above downsides, I would say its a great place to live according to your budget.

        I like this community! Everything here is well sorted. Writing this review specially to praise maintenance team member - BRENT. Very knowledgeable individual, comes up with quick & easy solutions and gets the job done. Brent also educated me on correct order of useage of an appliance so that I don't land myself into trouble ;)
