MFA Oil Propane

Have always used MFA no matter where I've lived, however that stopped today. They will find anyway it seems to add additional fee's to everything including their regular accounts. I ran out of gas over the weekend and when I called they said there was going to be an address fee of $75 dollars since we ran out, even though we own our own tank. Called around and not only found cheaper gas but no additional fee's. People are human and make mistakes, which Includes running out of gas, I don't however think its good company policy to penalize someone for that especially since this is the first time anything like this has ever happened.
