We have owned and sold a dozen homes in several states but have never had a real estate agent like India Visser. She gave excellent advice on every aspect of selling our home and farm, advertised the sale nationally and only scheduled visits for prospective buyers that were qualified to meet our price so that we avoided the "looky loos." She went to extraordinary lengths to help us in every way and in the end she not only sold our farm but both she and her family became great friends of ours. India has a terrific personality, work ethic, moral standards and knowledge and experience in real estate. Anyone wanting to sell their home will be very pleased to have her as their agent.

People thought we were crazy for buying our first home in 2022 but we had a wonderful experience with India. She was very thorough in everything she did, she had all the information in hand on every house we looked at. India guided us throughout the whole process, especially since it was our first purchase. She was never biased, she told us how she saw the house and the pros and cons. We were away during the inspection but India made sure that all of our needs were met and not one detail went unnoticed! She also has a background in construction so that came in very handy. We cannot recommend her enough and we will be using her for any future real estate endeavors!

I n all my travels, and I have lived in 38 states and 16 countries. I have never met a more dedicated real-estate agent. India Vissor is the most professional and dedicated agent I have ever worked with. She went way above expectations to accommodate my desired purchase. Especially when it took me 2 years to find the home to suit my needs. She never got irritated or discouraged with all the phone calls and showings. Even after our closing she continues to return phone calls and answer questions for us. In my opinion you will not find a better real-estate agent anywhere.
