The people there are nice. I have taken my car there before for an oil change with no problem however last week when I took it in for an oil change they left my drain plug loose and I lost oil! We had to fix it ourselves because they were closed for the weekend and I needed to drive my car. I called and told them about it the lady said she would tell her manager because he would want to find a way for customer satisfaction but I have yet to hear from anyone
