I cannot say enough good things about the way Steve and Kylie run their family business. Always responsive, friendly, and sticking with a problem until it is fixed, with more than reasonable billing. Steve tuned up both my rider and self-propelled push mower; my older (20+ years) Snapper rider was giving us grief with stopping properly. Steve tried the less expensive options first, but then when a part ordered failed (factory fault), he replaced it and made the repair work with no extra charge to me - even when I pushed him to bill me for his time. Hes also served many in my neighborhood, with similar positive experiences. Old school service, much appreciated.
