Lance and his team were fantastic, thorough planners, and provided the solutions that we needed to help with our drainage issues. For a few years since we bought our home, both sides of our house had poor drainage and the buried corrugated pipe was clogged and poorly maintained from the prior owners. Our only solution was to have it dump onto the yard and turn it into a mud pit. Lance was able to fit us in between other jobs in the area and was able to bury PVC drain pipes, pop-ups, and catch basins all in a single days work. To brag on how well their solution worked, we were one of the unfortunate homes that experienced 9+ inches of rain in 6 hours on July 26th in the St. Louis area. Even with the historic rainfall, our yard drained flawlessly. Thank you so much Lance and team for allowing us to have GRASS in the corners of our yards for the first time since owning our home!

Lance and his team did an AMAZING job building a retaining wall in our backyard and re-sodding and area that had become over grown with Zoysia grass. We now will be able to continue to finish planting our trees and the mulch we put down will no longer get washed away. Lance and his team to great care to do this job correctly, put the appropriate drainage in and put all the finishing details in so that we have a beautiful wall to look at!

I cannot recommend Lances Landscaping enough! We had a very sloped muddy rocky backyard that was unusable. Lance and his crew leveled out a large portion of our land and built a beautiful 8 retaining wall around one side giving us the beautiful flat grassy backyard we had always wanted! He worked wonderfully with our neighbor and our neighborhood association so that everything was done correctly and everyone was happy. It was a joy to work with someone who is a great listener, advisor, and someone who truly takes pride in quality work!

Lance did a phenomenal job and was amazing to work with! He used his knowledge and skills to make our bison better. We appreciate Lances attention to detail and communication along the way. We highly recommend Lances Landscaping to anyone wanting to improve their outdoor space!
