Fireplace & Grill Center

All was good till we got to the woodwork. First choice of displayed samples was discontinued. Second choice of displayed sample was discontinued. Asked to call me with quote of unfinished woodwork and if not available to quote me for the rest of our fireplace choices and I would build something myself. Two calls requesting these quotes and NO return call. Terrible customer service. I don't get it.

I highly recommend Fireplace and Grille Company. They were very courteous to me on the telephone, and then Dan came to our home and fixed our problem with professionalism, skill and courtesy. I am completing an install of a direct vent LP fireplace and I needed some lines and fittings. I walked into Fireplace & Grill Center where Matt H was very helpful and gave me great advise. He made me aware of several things I hadn't even considered. Thank you

I'd give these guys 10 stars if I could. I visited F&G Center for a replacement set of gas logs. Matt knew exactly what we needed to repair an existing system (saving us hundreds). Unfortunately, our installation was cobbled together and did need to be replaced. Went back the next day with pictures, and Matt took back our parts, sold us a beautiful new set, including additional fittings and hoses necessary to get it up and running and told us precisely how to install it ourselves. We actually went back a third time (faulty assembly on our part) and Matt patiently debugged the relevant parts in our system and sent us on our way. We love our new gas log set and will always recommend Matt and Fireplace & Grill Center.
