        Wouldnt deposit a check that had my name and my husbands name on it. Brought in my husband with his license they still said no. Went to my husbands bank up the street they deposited the check immediately even though I wasnt on the account no questions asked. They NEVER answer phone, switching banks, only a matter of time this bank will close.

        Worst loan services Ive had to deal with as far as making it easy and accessible to make payments. All payments are through a third party contracted with the savings union which is why Im giving it one star for payments neither being easy or accessible. Plus there app is outdated and missing several key features which could really help with this issue.
